Had a thick sea mist the first morning with everything outside wet. Decided not to bother trying for a site overlooking the Ocean as the site we have is nice and shady all day. Had a demonstration by a girl from the Station working Quarter horses Saturday afternoon using mainly her legs and feet to control the horses. The beach at Barn Hill is very good for walking and during our 2 weeks here (yes we extended another week as it is one of our favourite relaxing places) we walked nearly 60 kms along the beaches. The rest of the time mainly talked and read, had 2 Sunday night roasts with entertainment and 2 nights of pizza which they make on the Station and had 1 swim. They also make Vanilla Slices and we thought we should do the right thing and buy a couple every few days. There are some fantastic rock formations along the beach with very interesting layers of different colours. We had a few different neighbours during the 2 weeks and exchanged contact details with a couple of them.
