BRIDGE CREEK RA TO HOWARD SPRINGS 131 KMS
A leisurely start this morning as we are staying at a private property at Howard Spring which is a part of the Australian Caravan Club Farm Stay scheme where members open their property to other members to camp. We have stayed here before a few years ago with Rob and Judy Tudor and Rob Farrington and were once again warmly welcomed by Lindsay and later by his wife Imelda. Very warm and humid and sweating as we set up. Carol did some washing and we spent the rest of the day relaxing then talking to Lindsay and Imelda. Had a couple of visitors to our camp from Belle and Coco which are the property’s 2 chihuahua pups 8 months and 12 months old.
Did a steak on the Webber for dinner with a bottle of Pepperjack to celebrate that after a few hickups we are in Darwin ready for our Cruise.
