DALY WATERS PUB TO BRIDGE CREEK REST AREA 446 KMS
Another big day today and temperature has risen dramatically and even Carol is in shorts first thing. Stopped at Larimah Pub and a guy on a Trike asked if we could sell him some petrol as his Sister on another bike forgot to fill up. First thought was no we are diesel, then remembered we had 5 litres of petrol for the Generator. In the spirit of paying it forward we said he could have it and he insisted on giving us $20.00. I only wanted $10.00 but he insisted. Carol had a sit on his Trike for a photo.
Stopped at Bridge Creek Rest Area about 150 kms South of Darwin with about 30 other vans. Sat outside for dinner for the first time and was 29 degrees in the van when we went to bed.
