Day 41 Friday 5 July 2019 Kununurra to El Questro 103 kms

Bitumen most of the way except the last 18 kms into El Questro. Let caravan tyres down to 30 psi for the dirt road. Grader was working on the road and although it was still corrugated it was no problem. Sat on about 60 kph except for the corners and dips and 2 creek crossings were no problem. Virtually no dust in van and nothing damaged. Found a very nice shady spot near the River and it will be interesting to see how the solar performs with only dappled sunlight. Very busy as it is School Holidays so we were glad we got in early to get a good spot. Nice to sit back and watch others trying to get spots later in the day. Although the days are hot it gets cool in the evenings and we had jumpers on.
